Q: We probably need 4 loaves of bread for nights--we ran out while still at Penrith. Also cup dispensers on both sides would be great … we keep tripping over each other trying to get to the cups.
A: By all means, if you think you need 4 loaves, take an extra loaf out with you along with the butter and some fillers. If you don't use the loaf, put it in the fridge for the next night.
As for the cup dispensers, it was the original plan to have one dispenser on each side but due to the size of the unit, there wasn't enough room on one of the sides, hence the two dispensers on one side. Sorry.

Q: Should have hand wipes or dishcloths in van so everything doesn't become sticky.
A: In the shed there are plenty of chux cloths and there is also windex to wipe down the unit. I'll try and find those hand wipes and put them in the van.

Please follow the times in the log book as closely as possible. Only stop in front of Hungry Jacks when they are closed. Make sure you leave Hungry Jacks by midnight at the absolute latest.

There is a new condiment holder in the storage unit. Please keep it tidy and refill them with stock from the shed when they are empty.

When you leave the van for the night, please make sure THAT ALL WINDOWS AND DOORS ARE CLOSED PROPERLY. BATTERIES GO FLAT & WATER GETS IN!!!

Please do not use permanent markers on the whiteboard. Does anyone have any ideas how to get it off???
